Returns & Exchanges

At Maebe, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
